What is the process of customization service?

01. Receiving the customers’ drawing, 3D file or original sample, we will communicate with customers to understand the key idea and request from customers as well as the price. Certainly it is completely ok to choose our existing available designs.

02.Negotiate about the sample charge, mould charge or 3D handling and printing charge.

03.Make the sculpture or print 3D pc and make painting design for customers’ confirmation purpose.

04.Send samples for customers’ physical confirmation. Before sending, the courier cost will be also negotiated.

01. Get the final order confirmation after physical samples are approved.

02. Prepare the production materials after the deposit payment is made

03. Start the massive production process. Special person will take control of each step quality to ensure nice shape, nice painting and safe transportation packing for the running order.

04. Ship goods as scheduled and get balance payment from customers.

05. Following up the quality guarantee after the goods arrive at the customers’ warehouse.
